We may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms, including attempts to exploit pricing errors, promotion stacking not expressly allowed, or automated scraping that harms site performance.

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We aim to present products accurately, including titles, descriptions, colours, capacities, materials, and images. Slight variations can occur due to lighting, screen display differences, manufacturing batch variance, or packaging updates. Capacity statements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless clearly indicated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice. A price shown in your cart is confirmed only when we accept your order and issue an order confirmation.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system fault, or supplier data issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. Where feasible, we may offer you the option to proceed at the correct price.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm the order by email or account notification and proceed with fulfilment processing. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or force majeure events.

Please review product options (such as colour or size), quantities, and delivery details carefully before checkout. Variant selections form part of your contract once accepted.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected method. Orders may be held pending payment verification. We do not store full card details on our servers when payments are processed by third-party gateways; those providers have their own terms and security controls.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by destination, courier capacity, customs (where applicable), weather, peak seasons, and address accuracy. Risk in goods generally passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, or upon collection if a pickup option is offered and selected.

You are responsible for providing a complete and reachable delivery address and contact number. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information may incur additional charges or require re-delivery arrangements.

7. Promotions & Vouchers

Promotional offers, free gifts, bundle deals, and vouchers are subject to specific campaign rules, including validity dates, minimum spend, eligible SKUs, and one-per-customer limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time where legally permitted.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is generally limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elianware from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your place of residence.
